Just as people living with addiction need connection with others to continue their recovery, To The Bridge Foundation relies on strong partnerships to realize our vision.

CURRENT PARTNERS

Augsburg University StepUp is the largest residential college recovery program in the country, serving 100 students annually. StepUP creates an environment that supports students’ ability to succeed in social, educational, and occupational pursuits.

NorthStar Regional is a behavioral health organization dedicated to helping people with mental health and substance use disorders “move forward in hope.” NorthStar Regional offers both residential and outpatient treatment, as well as sober housing.

Kinnic Falls ADA Services, Inc. is a residential program that establishes a plan for re-entry into a new life free of substance use, while simultaneously addressing any mental health concerns that may have complicated addiction issues.

Mn Adult & Teen Challenge assists adults and teens in gaining freedom from chemical addictions by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Their faith-based, short- and long-term programs are available throughout Minnesota.
